  9. »BIG:What we have decided to do is to
  10. remove the "»CLA:swappers»CL0:" chart and
  11. include an "»CLA:editors»CL0:" chart instead.

  13. This happens due to several facts,
  14. namely that there are not that many
  15. real swappers left, which means that
  16. either people are just not able to
  17. vote in this category, or they just
  18. vote for some friends of theirs who
  19. they happen to be swapping a little
  20. with. And that is not really the
  21. purpose of a swappers' chart.

  23. The fact that some people seem to
  24. think that swapping is about to die as
  25. a scene function is no direct reason 
  26. for us to exclude this category.

  28. The "»CL9:swappers»" chart will be replaced 
  29. by an "»CL9:editors»" chart from »CL8:The 
  30. Official Eurochart #31» and onwards.

  32. Many people (especially editors :-)
  33. has been asking us to include this
  34. category, so now it has happened
  35. guys!

  37. So if you happen to vote from an old
  38. sheet, remember the change of
  39. categories.
